REASON FOR RETURN
Size Exchanges - Zenzar products are produced upon order so as to minimize waste and over-production. Therefore, we do not refund orders for buyer’s regret, and size exchanges. We are sorry to inform you that a new order would need to be placed for an updated size at customers expense.
We do refund or reprint orders that are misprinted/damaged/defective. Such items must be submitted within 9 days after the product has been received.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for re-shipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 9 days after the product has been received.
Lost Packages- Packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 9 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
