“The process of self-healing is the privilege of every being. Self-healing is not a miracle, nor is self-healing a dramatization of the personality as though you could do something superior. Self-healing is a genuine process of the relationship between the physical and the infinite power of the soul. What will give the healing is the flow of your soul energy.” Yogi Bhajan
You can reclaim the ancestral wisdom of our timeless human lineage to heal yourself. Consider that each ancestral influence culminates in who we are now as people, as a society, as humanity. All the wisdom of our forebearers that has been gathered since the inception of time - learning by experience, pioneering, inventions, travels and explorations, woundings and trauma, and discoveries and improvements in all areas of life - are all held in the collective unconscious.
How can we open the portal to this vast knowledge of all that is, was, and will be? How can we harness healing wisdom? How can we be guided so we may evolve? So that we may find the deepest guidance? To be in flow with our soul energy? While there are many ways to do so, one way is through the honoring of symbols passed on from our ancestors.
Symbols hold accumulated knowledge evolved through eons of time. Ancient knowledge is the wisest instruction evidenced by having survived for millenniums. How fortunate for humanity that this vast library of learning, of profound wisdom, has been passed down over ages. And symbols simplify this body of information as they visually encode without words or lengthy explanation this compendium of the knowledge that speaks to our collective unconscious where all healing occurs.
You are encouraged to work with healing symbols and make a connection to the ones that telepathically speak to you. Wearing or carrying articles adorned with a preferred symbol activates its inherent power to invoke the meaning you have given it. You can also visualize or meditate on symbols and receive downloads of healing information that aligns with your body, your DNA, your soul energy.
For example, Bernice, during her meditative journey, set as her intention a return to vibrant, cancer-free health. During her meditation, she went to a meadow space holding an ancient oak tree. Seeing herself standing in this space she asked, "Where will I find my symbol?" Immediately she heard an inner voice say, "Look for a box." At the base of the old oak tree, there it was. She opened her heart-shaped green and violet box and discovered the symbol called Asclepius’ Rod. Asclepius, an ancient healer, was known for his healing; it has been recorded that he even brought someone back from death. Bernice instinctively knew that the heart shape of the box had a meaning which was to love herself, to give herself self-care. Later, she learned that the green and violet colors are vibrational healing colors. The overall message that came to Bernice was, “Physician, heal thyself.”
Bernice then watched herself hugging the oak tree. As she did so, she felt her entire body filled with an uplifting energy she hadn’t felt in a long time. Thanking the tree, she stepped away. Leaving the special box where she found it, she now understands that any time she visualizes Asclepius’ Rod she can tune into ancestral wisdom that will support her healing. In the future, when she wants to communicate with the Asclepius’ Rod symbol in a sacred place, she will simply visualize the rod with snake and seeing it will immediately transport her to the meadow where she will, perhaps, find a new symbol, a new box shape, and/or new information on how to support the fullest return to health.
You are encouraged to use symbols in everyday life; they exist to guide you, give you good medicine, invoke ancient, multi-dimensional healing frequencies, and more. Symbols archive our human journey and destiny. They are powerful expressions of timeless wisdom garnered by our ancestors throughout all of the time. They teach. They support. They heal.
